Can you reproduce? How? Do you have XML logs before the crash?

It may be that you received a message from room after being kicked, but I'd like to be sure it's the problem before ignoring it. So What is needed is some XML logs just before the traceback (by running gajim -l gajim.c.x.client_nb=DEBUG in a console)

I hope this has been fixed when I reworked session handling some time ago. Don't hesitate to reopen if you can reproduce
