With upgrade to gajim-0.13-0.1.20090115svn10985.1.fc10.i386 I get new backtrace:

First it seems your zeroconf don't work and gajim cannot connect to it.

Could you try the attached patch?

could you show logs of your connection: gajim -l gajim=DEBUG
