Can't use transports, malformed DB

After reset I can't use transport, I get following error: Traceback (most recent call last):

(In [9c2c7f1bac839f704705dc7d4072610a159aa045]) inform user when databas is malformed. Fixes #4428

I think you should provide information how to repair the database. I used sqlite3 command line utility to dump everything to .sql file and then imported again into new DB. Gajim works fine now.
