Warning: If you use hg version, you should rename all the messages.(gif|png) to event.$1 (since July 13 2009).

Themes

First stop Gajim

append to your ~/.gajim/config to install them

• black
• emacs
• terminal

Then run Gajim again, go to "Edit" menu -> Preferences -> Style tab -> pick up your new theme, (it should be visible in the pop up "Themes"), enjoy.

Emoticons

Extract the emoticons to /usr/share/gajim/data/emoticons or ~/.gajim/emoticons to install them, and restart Gajim.

All previews below just hold 10-15 emoticons, not all of them. To see the whole pack please go to the corresponding emoticons page.
