open groupchat windows should automatically reconnect.

Description

Currently if groupchat windows are open, and you go offline and then online (or are disconnected involuntarily or whatever), Gajim doesn't automatically reconnect. It would be great if it did.

This works for me, reopen if I'm not understanding the problem.

when we lose connection, and regain it (reconnect) do we send presence to open MUCs? I dont' recall a commit to fix this.

yes we do that, please test before reopen
