Preferences window does not appear when the main program window is minimized

Steps to reproduce

Minimize gajim main window to tray, right click on icon - Preferences. Window does not appear, until main window is appear.

Software versions

OS version: MOPSLinux 7.0, Gajim 0.12.5.8-dev GTK version: GTK+ Version: 2.18.3 PyGTK version: PyGTK Version: 2.14.1

I noticed that in WinXP with rc5, minimizing the Prefs window also minimizes the contact list.

This behaviour is Windows normal behaviour when we use  set_transient_for function. it minimizes the main window, even if it's not described in gtk doc. It's not a bug of Gajim.
