Do not save gajim.exe.log to %ProgramFiles%\Gajim\src\gajim.exe.log

Description

Use %AppData?%\Gajim\gajim.exe.log instead.

Investigated a bit, there is no easy way to do this. Sadly. But at least, we have the GTK Dialogs with backtraces on win32 now :). So it's not that critical. Thus removing milestone.

Add/Change #4199 (Do not save gajim.exe.log to %ProgramFiles%\Gajim\src\gajim.exe.log)
