link-local messaging defaults 'name' to 'Local' instead of choosing something sensible

Description

When enabling link-local messaging my Name is set to 'Local'. It would be nice if gajim used gecos information to set this, or at the very least set the Name to by my username

I agree. I found myself annoyed by the fact the name can’t be changed, because I want to use the name “Local” for creating a test account with a server on my machine. That said, I can’t find a better name right now.
