More settings for popup notifications.

Description

It will be good to support at least: - positioning!!! - geometry - popup time - theme for the notification popups.

What is currently very unfriendly is the very right-bottom position of the popup so the panel of the window manager is hidden behind the popup for several seconds.

all that is handled bt notification-daemon.

But we have 2 advanced options: attach_notifications_to_systray, and notification_timeout.

Add/Change #3702 (More settings for popup notifications.)
