Description
I use a laptop in two different modes: Either in a docking station with two monitors, or with its standalone display. When I use Gajim in the docking station, I tend to move my chat and roster windows onto the right-hand monitor. Then when I shut down the computer, undock, and start Gajim again, those windows appear off the right side of the screen.
I've discovered a workaround: In the advanced configuration editor, I disable saveposition, quit Gajim, restart Gajim, open roster and chat windows, move them, then enable saveposition, quit Gajim, and finally restart Gajim.
It would be nice if Gajim would always check that a new window is on screen, regardless of whether saveposition is enabled or not.
