Gajim asks for the same GPG passphrase for every account again

Description

Current Gajim asks twice for the same GPG passphrase if you have two accounts with auto-login at startup time, and with this same GPG key.

Instead, Gajim should delay any further prompting if there is already a passphrase dialog box active for this key.
