Send File with Description

Description

If you are about to send a file, there is no way to give a description.

Although I like to very quick way of sending files, I'd like to give a description sometimes. It might be hard, but I propose the best solution would be to hack the file chooser dialog to display an text entry widget labelled "Enter Description" or the like.

Other proposals appreciated.
