File transfer on windows blocks any other traffic

Description

When I send a file to another user who uses Gajim on Windows (I use it on Linux), all XMPP traffic is stalled. Not even a iq ping query is answered. When the file is finished, all the stalled packets seem to arrive. When a Gajim Windows User sends me a file, everything works fine.
