Messages with a / at the beginning aren't logged

Description

In SVN, messages with a / at the beginning of a message are NOT logged! Even if they were sent using /say. When using /say /foo, it doesn't appear in the log, but /say foo does. Also, even when using /say /foo, you get: No such command: /foo (if you want to send this, prefix it with /say) But the message is sent.
