contact list not cleaned up when modifying server settings

Description
To test a replacement for my jabber server, I use the custom host/port settings. The JID is the same on both servers, but not the contact list.
If: 1. I am connected to my old server with my JID 2. I disconnect 3. I connect to the new server by modifying the custom host/port settings (using the same JID)
The contact list still includes entries from my old server (entries that aren't on my new server).
I have to exit gajim and restart it to get the clean contact list.
This is really confusing.
