minimized group chat cannot have custom status, but the whole group can

Description

If i minimize a groupchat, it appear in the groupchat group in the roster. If i right click on the group, i see "maximize all" and "send custom status".

However, if i click on the groupchat, i only see "maximize" and "history".

Should custom status added to the 2nd menu, or removed from first ?

If we add custom status to muc room, then, we may add it elsewhere, like in the muc room dialog ?

I would not move prescence stuff into chatwindows. Keep things tidy: Chatwindow for chatting, roster for status.

indeed it's the same in normal chat windows

(In [8263]) Don't allow to send custom presence ton group "groupchats". Fix #3231.

Add/Change #3231 (minimized group chat cannot have custom status, but the whole group can)
