Ad Hoc - XEP not fully covered?

I must have overlooked something when I wrote 'fixed' field handling. Should work in [1b353d3452e106637dfec072fc1fc42c352b8080]. I am not sure about the second one. Could you give me an example of such form (xml logs from invoking a command would be sufficient)?

XEP-0004 says: fixed The <value/> child SHOULD NOT contain newlines (the \n and \r characters); instead an application SHOULD generate multiple fixed fields, each with one <value/> child.

So... multiple fixed fields, each with one value. Not single fixed field with multiple values.
