If only one resource is connected, we should not see it in chat textview when user disconnect

Description

Do that without breaking anything else. (contact connect/disconnect with one or two resources, from a normal chat or a /resource chat)

18:15:19 Asterix is now Available
18:15:30 Asterix/Gajim is now Offline
