closing Notify Pop-Up via "X" button should mark a message as already read

Description

By pressing "X" button in Notify Pop-Up Window user accepts information that message has come and there is no need to annoy him any more with blinking elements in the rooster and a task bar.

I'm not sure about that ... message is still unread !

It'd be extremly useful as for me. By clicking the 'X' in the right bottom corner one is just confirming the message has been read. If there is no action from the user, blinking rooster and taskbar are fine. This kind of behaviour could be of course an optional one.
