Crash with systray icon after a resume of a lock workstation (Windows XP)

Description

The systray become transparent (not refreshed). After a click on it, Gajim crashes. If messages were received while the workstation was locked, they are still accessibled in history. The bug is systematic. Gajim v0.11 GTK v2.10.6 pyGTK v2.10.3 Windows XP SP2

I 've got some similar errors on windows vista. The application crashes when I try to minimize it the first time. Minimizing to systray works, but trying to use the context menu results in a strange behavior (e.g. showing the grey boxes which keep present until application shut down). See the screen shot.
