new remote command: change_avatar

A change_avatar command in source:trunk/src/gajim-remote.py will allow, for example, to share the cover of the disc currently being played. More uses: alerts for e-mail or monitoring activities, picture of the day, display new pictures in a flickrtag...

If someone provides a skeleton pointing to the right existing methods I can write the actual code and test it.

the methods are defined in src/remote_control.py

have a look at that, and also look on the code we use to change our avatar (src/vcard.py if I recall correctly)
