no bin/ in 7591 anymore

i have python 2.4.4 and just built r7591 but bin/* is not installed correctly, so gajim.desktop doesn't show in the menu and i can't run gajim.

Since r7589 (probably), gajim cannot be built :
'make[2]: *** No rule to make target « be.gmo »

po/be.po is missing.

make failed --> installation failed --> bin/* not installed --> gajim.desktop missing.

should be ok with [7592]. reopen if that was not the pb
