Add "Always use compact view" checkbox in Preferences

Currently, there is no option to always use compact view other than by the Advanced configuration which is not really accessible. I have modified gajim and attached a screenshot of what it looks like. Since the code is fairly straightforward I didn't included it but if it would help just ask and I'll make myself a pleasure to send it to you.

I don't know if we'd better include it in non-advanced options or not, but shouldn't it be in "Chat" tab ?

Not being able to always use compact view was a big turnover to me, it almost made me switch to another client. I then chose to take a look at the code to find out there was such an option ( I know it is said in the FAQ but I didn't thought looking there first ).

I think the main advantage of gajim over other chat client is the fact that it doesn't have huge chat windows, and removing the toolbar really improves the look and feel, you can always access it with the shortcut when you need it. I think a lot more people would turn on compact view by default if they knew they can do it.

As for where it should go in the Preferences menu, it may be more related to the Chat preferences but since it's already full I think it's not such a bad thing to have it in global preferences.
