status change messages from (icq) transports are printed twice

Description

when you have a message window open with someone you talk to over a transport (only icq transport tested since i don't use any other transports) and this person changes status, the status change message is printed twice. this doesn't happen with jabber users.

can you show the XML you receive? maybe it's sent twice by the transport?

I reproduced here, and XML is sent twice indeed. so it's a pyICQt bug

This happens to me even with jabber contacts.

eg.: 

 (17:50:12) nkour/Gajim is now Offline
 (17:50:12) nkour/Gajim is now Offline

with transport contacts it's shown FOUR! times. Checking XML output i do not see multiple <presense> entities.
