Description

FT notification is often not very obvious to me. I don't really care if I don't notice a message immediately, because I don't make the other person wait (ie; the message is delivered immediately and he doesn't have to wait for me to accept it). A file transfer is something different, imo. When someone sends me a file I usually don't notice, especially when Im talking to him/someone else (/her ;) ). The other way around is quite annoying too; new gajim-users usually have no clue of how to accept a file-transfer (double-click a nickname in the roster is not obvious to (ex-)MSN users).

Therefore, I propose printing a notification in the PM window. A little bit like this:

[12:34:56] Christheninjapirate wants to send you the file "yarrrr.ogg". Click here to accept, and here to reject it.
...
[12:36:66] You have accepted the file "yarrrr.ogg". Transfer initiated.
...
[55:55:55] Transfer of file "yarrrr.ogg" completed. Click here to open the folder you saved it to or click here to open it directly.

or

[66:66:66] You have told Tedtheninjalibrarian that you want to send him "stackbooks.avi". You have to wait for him to accept this.
...
[77:77:77] Tedtheninjalibrarian has accepted the file "stackbooks.avi". Transfer initiated.
...
[88:88:89] Transfer of the file "stackbooks.avi" has been completed.

This would be: a) very intuitive and easy to understand b) useful for logs because you can look back when you sent something to someone or received a certain file

I feel it's a little bit much text, maybe a few messages could be trimmed or left out.

Sooooooo.... whatchall think?
