'Hybrid' mode - group online contacts normally, with offline group for all offline contacts.

This is something that aMSN has and I found useful when I used aMSN. It basically means you can see all your contacts if you want to go check a history or something, but you don't clutter up your online groups with people who don't talk. I know there's some issue with how Gajim handles groups, and that it musn't tell the server that all these contacts are in an Offline group :P

This patch needs some more testing - it seems to work, but I changed the "showoffline" preference to an integer value. 0 = don't show, 1 = show as previously and 2 = show in a group. Some things that checked this value before might now break if they should only do stuff when showoffline is 1, as before they could check if(showoffline).

This could be further improved if subgroups were implemented.

Indeed, it might break the old showoffline tests. This old patch wouldn't remove contacts if showoffline was 2. Fixed.
