add ace option to disable avatar in tooltip

Description

i have avatars disabled in the roster and in the chat window, but they show up in the tooltip. it would be nice to be able avatars for in tooltips.

You can disable tooltip avatars by setting these options in ACE: 

tooltip_avatar_height = 0
tooltip_avatar_width = 0

I think it's enough and doesn't require another option. What do you think ?

(PS: only height or width to 0 is enough)
