General group in roster

I propose adding an option to stick the General group to always appear on top of the roster window. Currently all groups are sorted by their names and the General group ends up somewhere in the middle. I have about 200 contacts sorted by their companies and my General group (which starts with an "O" in pl_PL locale) ends up somewhere near the bottom. This defeats it's usability as the only reason I don't put some contacts into specific groups is to have easy access to all my close friends. Don't force me to create an "aaaaaaaaaaalways on top" group just to keep them visible without scrolling the window.

Another thing: adding new contacts displays them in General but does not assign a group. Moving existing contacts to the General group does add this group to contact data so logging in using Psi shows them as two separate groups of contacts.

it's good usability to sort by name and we'll stick to that as I don't see any reason not to.

about the other thing you say, it's because when you add it you don't specify group so it's normal it's not with group, and just Gajim UI adds it in General
