Option to not log chat (XEP-136)

those are Gtalk official client only. I don't think they will be pushing any docs soon on how things are done, so we need to see xml console of Gtalk (or if doesn't have use ethereal) to find out how they do things described in  http://mail.google.com/support/bin/topic.py?topic=8405

most thing we would like to have atm is:

Toggle OFF THE RECORD in roster item (this is persistent setting about logging or not chats with this contact)

I was chating via Gmail account (I used Gajim) and history of this chat was saved in gmail.

I am not sure we should add support for undocumented protocol, especially when there is one jep that describe a similar protocol (  http://www.xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0136.html )

We already do undocumented things for gmail email notification ... Gmail users are happy with Gajim, so let's keep this ticket open in case someone want to dig

This is an Google Talk XMPP Extension and has been included in XEP-0138 [4. Off The Record]
