the size of the single message window is not saved

Reported by: Marco d'Itri Owned by: asterix

Description

I resize it every time I receive a message (because part of the the subject is hidden), but every time it will be reopened again in a corner of the screen with the default size (which is tiny, I think it should be two times wider by default).

Bzzt, wrong. MessageWindowMgr? does not and never did manage SingleMessageWindow?. Just sayin' ;)

I reopen as regression as we are supposed to save position and size but msg widow refactor broke it? (I can only guess that :D)

Doh! This is a regression and fixed in [5345].

I don't know about saving the size though since we have the same problem, open more than one and the open directly on top of one another.

the one on top of the other is for *position* not size.

I recall you were planning to merge this also in MSG_WINDOW. you changed ur mind?

Yes, I meant position not size.

As for MessageWindow? merging single messages, that is more of a 0.11 target because it is more than just managing the SingleMessageWindow? dialog. I'd like a new MessageControl? that looks like a mini-email interface, from where you read/compose single messages. Lot's to discuss...
