when changing the use_transport_iconset, the icons in a chat window aren't refreshed immediately

have a chat window opened and then change the iconset or use_transport_iconsets. the main roster and the groupchat roster are refreshed, but the icons in the chat window and for tabs aren't refreshed until you focus that window or even the tab. for example have two tabs with accounts from a transport open and use_transport_iconsets to false. then set it to true but the icons in the tabs aren't changed. when you focus the window, the icon for the active tab is changed, but not for the inactive tab. you have to select that tab to refresh the icon. they should be updated immediately.

hm, i'm sitting at my parents pc atm and it works fine here with the latest svn. 5433 didn't work on my pc, but since it is pretty much the same system, it should be ok on my box aswell.
