Group chat invitations by Drag and Drop, and conversion from 2 person chat to Group Chat etc..

Description

Like you can currently drag roster items to groups, it would be nice to be able to do drag them into group chats. The result would be that the particular user receives an invitation to join the room.

The particular protocol to be sent for the actual invite, can be found here:

Please, only implement the new method from example 43 downwards.

For receiving, and possibly accepting invites, it would be nice to have a GUI element for that. The invite messages will always contain a <body/> element, too, for clients without direct support for invites. This enables people to join the room manually.

I have also said stuff about this (chat --> gchat) in another ticket about general stuff we should do and that almost every jabber client that I know lacks.

before anyone does everything, we want a easy to use user friendly UI. so proposals are more than welcome.
