RFE: Select what to use as a nickname.

Description

It should be possible for the user to choose, for every contact, whether she wants to use the nickname supplied by the contact, her name, or a specific one chosen by the user. Moreover, when one of the two options are chosen, and should the buddy change his nickname or name, this should be reflected in the roster and message windows. Maybe this can be implemented as three radio button : "Use contact-supplied name", "Use contact-supplied nickname", "Enter a nickname for this contact".

the first two options you propose (I do not like having so many options in UI really), mean we have to ask vcard which is TEMP JEP.

the third is what we do now.
